Information we collect

You do not need an account to use this site, and it has no sign-up forms, advertising trackers or tracking cookies. If you email us or book a call, we receive the information you choose to send, such as your name, email address, phone number and message. If you apply through our Careers page, the details you enter in the application form (your name, email address, phone number, the states you are licensed in, your licensing status, years of experience, what you are looking for, any additional information and, if you choose to attach one, your resume) are sent to us by email; we use them only to review your application and contact you about it, and the website does not keep a copy.

Please do not send Social Security numbers, bank or card numbers, health details, passwords or identity documents by email or through a scheduling form.

How we use it

We use what you send only to reply to you and to schedule and hold the conversation you asked for. We do not sell your information.

Information collected automatically

This site remembers your Desktop or Mobile view choice in your own browser, and that choice stays on your device. Our web host keeps standard server records, such as your IP address, the pages requested and the date and time, for security and to keep the site running. The pages load fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser contacts Google when a page loads.

Scheduling

Scheduling links open Calendly. What you enter there goes to Calendly and to the advisor whose calendar you are booking. It is handled under Calendly's privacy policy and that advisor's own practices.

Ebook purchases

Ebook sales are processed by Payhip and its payment provider. See the ebook privacy page for how ebook purchase information is handled. This website never sees or stores card numbers.

Sharing

We share information only with the service providers described above, when you ask us to, or when the law requires it.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it or ask us to delete it by emailing us. We may need to keep some records, such as purchase records, for legal, tax or support reasons.

Children

This site is for adults and is not directed to children.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will post the new version on this page and update the date at the top.
